Binar Academy is a platform in the form of websites & applications to open career opportunities in the digital industry.

Starting from Binar Bootcamp, Binar Insight, promo information, to access material for free, you can get it on the Binar Academy application.

The layman will be taught to understand for 4/6 months. If you have passed Binar Bootcamp, you can be helped to find a job through Job Connect!

Binar Insight
Rocket your digital career by learning directly with experts from unicorns and industry leaders in Indonesia in serial webinars. Buy cheaper bundles, get materials, recordings, and networking opportunities right in the Binar Insight session!

Market

Binar participants who have chosen and paid for the class type. Using the Binar Academy application as a guide and companion in Daily Basic.

My Role

This project is carried out in a team, our team consists of 4 people, namely Muhammad Iqbal, Rino Arif, & Benazir. We work together to exchange ideas and share ideas.

The Process

Design Sprint is a development activity product made in a short time.

1. Mapping

At this stage we do brainstorming. We build empathy and create common understanding among team members. Unite goals and find solutions together.

2. Define Stage

The next step is to explore ideas to find solutions for user and business goals. In this stage we use Figma Team.

At this stage we discuss to find and understand all the difficulties that customers face. Here Link

At this stage we collect the possibilities that can be chosen as a solution as well as the basis for making a product. The questions to find the solution we arrange with prioritize business goals and user needs. Here Link

3. Ideate Stage

At this stage we try to create various alternative designs. Ideate is a “wild and broad” process when it comes to creating concepts and outcomes. Our team focuses on developing My Learning.

At this stage we try to make innovations for the success and sustainability of the Binar Application. Here Link

At this stage we collect a large number of ideas, opinions, problems, and solutions through brainstorming. Then group them into groups according to their natural relationship. Here Link

At this stage we identify the ideas that have the greatest potential. The idea with the highest priority will be implemented or tested first. Here Link

5. Crazy 8's

At this stage, we sketch ideas and solutions into 8 folds of paper in 40 seconds per sketch or 5 minutes on one piece of paper. Here Link

1. Chart

In this process we identify the user to complete a task/goal visually. As previously discussed we focus on My Learning. Here Chart links

Here we divide My Learning into 2 branches, namely My Schedule & Quiz.

Conclusion

During the Design Thinking project process, we got different experiences and thoughts about the Binar Academy application. During the discussion process with the team, brilliant ideas emerged, moreover they were added to the process provided by the facilitator. Make the project structured and relevant to the needs of the community. We are very aware that due to time constraints and lack of skills, we need to learn a lot more. We hope this project can be the beginning of our other projects that can answer and help the community.
